My experience at Metro Wash and Lube on 08/01/2026 was disappointing enough that I feel it is important to share for anyone considering this location for an inspection. I went in expecting a routine vehicle inspection. Instead, the inspection was refused. I was not told that my vehicle would fail, and I was not given a clear explanation for why the inspection could not be performed. As a woman, I found the interaction unnecessarily uncomfortable and felt that I was not treated with the level of courtesy and professionalism I would expect from a customer service business. The women working at the back desk and the employees in the inspection area could benefit from additional customer service training, particularly when it comes to communicating with customers respectfully and professionally. Because the inspection was refused, I had to leave and find another location to have it completed. Fortunately, I was able to get it done elsewhere, but the experience cost me additional time and inconvenience. I am sharing this review so other customers can make an informed decision before choosing this location. For my part, I will not be returning to Metro Wash and Lube, and based on my expe

Very disappointed with Metro Wash and Lube. I brought in my 2025 Honda HR-V for a wash and left with fresh damage to the wheel arch trim and paint. The scratch was NOT there before entering the wash. The damage is deep and clearly visible! When I used this car wash, I noticed that the mat fasteners had come loose, but I thought that was normal; this time, it was much worse! Customers should not have to worry about their car getting damaged during a basic wash. I strongly recommend checking your vehicle carefully before leaving this place. Based on my experience, I will not be returning.

I recently contacted this shop regarding a transmission fluid change. When I called, the staff member who answered was polite and provided me with an estimated price. I clearly explained that I would bring my own fluid and only needed the service performed. She confirmed this was fine and told me I could come in. She also asked twice about my vehicle and even checked with a mechanic to confirm they could work on it. Based on that confirmation, I drove there and waited in line for about two hours. However, when it was finally my turn, the mechanic came out and told me they would not work on my vehicle at all. I was then turned away. As a result, I wasted an entire day due to incorrect information being provided over the phone. If the shop does not service certain vehicles, this should be clearly communicated from the beginning to avoid unnecessary time and travel for customers. Overall, I would strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with this shop. They do not appear to take customer communication or service seriously, and my experience was very unprofessional. I went there today 4/12/26 DO not waste your time and money in this unprofessional unpleasant car wash the guy name Orlando ( Mexicano me gritaste vete a la ver ga, He insulted and yell at me in Spanish I hope the owner send you home forever ) he charges me extra for wax and they didn't do anything $33 for nothing. Is the first place all workers are lazy and horrible attitudes. But the way the from desk lady doesn't help at all. DO NOT GO TO THIS car wash, I hope they change management or closed, trust the reviews DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES

You’ll pay for the best get the least. They make the packages sound great. When you go there, you get a nice little vacuum, but they don’t even clean your windows like advertised. all around mine were dirty. And then when I asked them to clean my mat like it’s an extra five dollars. And there is no mention of that… confusing to say the least. My wash lasted like 5 days.
